Die Saarbahn ist ein weit über Saarbrücken und das Saarland hinweg leuchtendes Vorbild an Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenorientiertheit. Die Kundenkommunikation könnte besser nicht sein. Verzögerungen oder Ausfälle, zu denen es praktisch nie kommt, werden umgehend angezeigt. Nie muss man sich fragen, ob man gerade einen Schlaganfall hatte, weil man auf der Anzeige nur noch Kauderwelsch erkennen kann. ...
